Summer Staff Teams
Resident Camp Counselors
These counselors get a counseling group of 8-10 kids every Sunday afternoon and they live life with their campers all week long. The ages of the campers range from 7 to 18, and each week has an emphasis on different activities.
Day Camp Counselors
Day camp counselors hang out with their kids, ages 5-12, every Monday-Friday, from 7:30am to 5:30pm. In the evenings, Day Camp counselors are involved in the worship band and in the services for Resident Camp.
Beulah on the Road Counselors
These counselors spend staff training at Beulah Beach and then spend the summer taking camp to a different church each week, Monday-Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. They report back to Beulah Beach each weekend.
Members of the Crew are the hands and feet encompassing everything that happens behind the scenes at Beulah Beach. You may have the opportunity to drive boats, wave runners and canoes, lifeguard, supervise games, oversee paintball, build fires and manage equipment. We are looking for hard workers with servant hearts!
The Media Team
The Media team is a group of gifted individuals that help kids remember their camp experience! We’re looking for photographers, videographers, video editors, worship leaders and sound technicians who would use their abilities to serve the Lord! They also get to be heavily involved in the summer theme, which is a blast!
The T-Crew is for junior and senior high school girls. They runs activities with the Crew, in addition to working in the kitchen, Snak Shak, and our camp store “The Dock.” This serves as a proving ground for younger staff members to get into the Beulah Beach culture, work in several areas, and be challenged spiritually all summer long.
Be the friendly face and voice of Beulah Beach as you answer phone calls, respond to emails, prepare for the arrival of campers and interact with all our Beulah guests.
From kitchen workers to housekeeping, to security, the support staff plays an important role in the functionality and day to day operations that make a camp run well!
In the application, we will ask you for two professional references. It is your responsibility to email your references the evaluation link. Follow up with them to make sure they have filled out and submitted the evaluation.
Both paid and volunteer applicants will have a face to face interview. Please check our recruiting tour for locations. If you are unable to make it to any tour locations, please contact email@example.com to set up an interview time.
